反ナイキっていう根本のところをみんなひとつにして、感じ合えたらいいかなと思っています。ありがとうございます。あと7時までしかないけど、本当、奇跡だと思うし、こんな人来るのは。7時45分までオーガナイズのだいちゃんがやるって言うけど、みんなひとつになって、単純にまず楽しむっていうのが前提で、根本のなんでここでやってんのっていう、楽しむだけじゃないから俺たち。音楽で、俺たち音楽だから。しょうもないんだったら、しょうもないんだけど。本当、本気だし。みんなで、音楽を感じて楽しんでください。俺ちょっとかっこよかったかな。

I want to tell you all that everyone gets together to say No to Nike. Thanks all. We got time till 7.00, but it’s awesome so many came here today. Dai-chan, the organiser said we keep going till 7.45, so we must all unite. Enjoy the party everyone, but not just for fun. I want everyone here to think why we are here in Miyashita Park. We only do Music. So we might be useless but we are serious about Anti-Nike. So I hope you all feel our music. Weren’t I cool?

野外上映アクション

雑誌『映画芸術』のイベントの中で稲川さんと対談されてましたが、そこで印象的だなと思ったのは、ずいぶん長い間、沖島監督は妄想の中で生きていたと。それが何かはわからないが。先ほどちょっと伝え忘れたのですが、（沖島監督の）第1作は69年で、2作目が89年で、その間にテレビの脚本をたくさん量産されていて、『まんが日本昔話』に関しては1400話、メインライターですよね。いわゆる、「なんとかじゃった」という言葉は沖島さんから生まれたと言っても過言ではないのですが、そこでシナリオを書かれていたという時期があり、このあいだおっしゃっていたのは、ただそうは言っても、開発、開発で足を踏みしめる大地がなければ妄想すら出来ないとおしゃってましたけど（0：14）

今日は沖島さんが玉川上水を歩きながら、画面にいろんな人が通り過ぎるのですが、あの人たちはあの人たちでぜんぜん違う見え方をあの場所にしているっていうのが、いわあゆるあの場所がなくなるっていう自然環境の問題があるんですけれども、もっと重要なのはそこにいる人たちのある種の存在とか想像力とか考え方、思考みたいなものが根こそぎもっていかれるような問題意識があって、ここ（宮下公園）でやる意味はあるんじゃないかなと思って（1：18）

自然、自然なんて言ったって貧しい自然でね。生活そのものはそういう意味で貧しいんですよ。でも、そこへこだわらないと、取り付く場所もないんだよね（2：20）

Outdoor Screening

One thing I particularly remember when Mr. Okishima, a film director, was talking in an event organised by a magazine Film Art. He said he had once lost himself in a fantasy for a while, though he didn’t say what it was. Just an additional information but Okishima used to work on TV scripts for 20 years between his first film in 1969 and the second one in 1989, particularly for ‘Manga Japanese Folklore Tales’ that had 1400 episodes. You could almost say he invented the famous opening phrase “once upon a time…” Anyway, in the talk, he was saying that nowadays, urban development and gentrification dominate all over Japan and there is no land where we can grab with our feet. So much so that we can’t even have fantasies…(0.14)

At today’s screening of his documentary, Mr. Okishima was walking along the Tamagawa canal while people passing by. They were all seeing the same scenery but perhaps differently. You know, the main concern of environmental problem for many is the disappearance of familiar sceneries. But perhaps even more fearsome issue is that the local people’s life, imagination, way of thinking, philosophy, these things are disappearing. So it was meaningful to show this documentary at Miyashita Park where the local government is planning gentrification.(1.18)

People nowadays talk about nature but the nature we have now is so poor. To this extent, our life has become poor. It’s unfortunate but we have nothing else other than this poor nature to hang on to.(2.20)

宮下公園夏まつり

何もなかったわけですね。ビルはまだまったく建っていなくてですね、この辺はその、すぐそこですけど、ここに映画館があって（1：52）政府も『取り締まり』厳しかったわけですね。私は地方、田舎から出て来てですね、食料が無かったので、おじさんに頼んでですね（2：04）今年もまた夏祭りが宮下公園ででき、終了できることをみんなで喜びたいと思います（2：17）

As you see on the map, Shibuya was a flatland. These buildings we see today had yet been constructed. Around here, well, there was a cinema…(1.52)The government also didn’t have money. I came from rural part of Japan… We had no food, so we asked the guy there…(2.04)I’d like to share the pleasure with all of us here that we managed to open Miyashita Park Summer Festival again this year without major problems.(2.17)

私たちは生きるために、そして、生き続けるために、そして同じく困難を強いられている仲間たちと共に、戦いを続けて行くために、今日のこの場を、そして宮下公園の寝場所、そして、さき程、話しがありましたけれども、みんなの公園として、必ずや取り戻す。この決意を込めていきたいと思います。そして、今後、共に生き、共に戦っていきたい。最後に、私たちの戦いは、弱い戦いだと思います。私たちの目指す世界は、弱い世界だと思います。その、弱くて、弱者で、弱虫で、臆病者である私たちの主体こそ、やはり、この世の中を変えて行くんだということを、最後に宣言したいと思います。

Eviction

We are protesting to protect our lives and to be able to keep living. We are also fighting with those who are facing similar difficulties elsewhere. I swear from bottom of my heart that we must ensure our living environment at Miyashita Park and let the park remain public place for everyone. And I would like all of us here to share life together and fight together. Our way of battle is a vulnerable one and the world into which we wish to change may also be vulnerable. But I’d like to let you know that though we may be vulnerable, oppressed, and coward, it’s us as initiators of this change who could better the world we live in.

恊働炊事（炊き出し）

よく炊き出しって言われているけど、僕らは炊き出しではなくて、恊働炊事、共に働いて炊事する飯作りとか言ったりします。（0：09）一食だいたい300人 来たとして、ひとり頭いくらぐらいかなと計算してみたら、なんと、ひとり15円で腹一杯おかわり出来て、腹満たせる。（0：21）材料費が頭割りで15 円ぐらいだけど、だから予算として3000円から4500円ぐらいの感じで飯作って300人が腹満たせる。（0：34）これから、派遣とかがそのまま、名 を変えた日雇い労働が横行して、俺ら、今日、若い人もいっぱいいて、でも、年をくったら皆、野宿っていうのは良くないと思っていて、でも、15円で飯作れ るっていうのは、すげー、希望というか、、、（0：50）

Communal Kitchen

You know when you supply free food for homeless people, we call it ‘communal kitchen’ / since we cook together. (0.09) I once wondered how much it would cost to prepare a meal. So I calculated. Supposing 300 people came, it was only 15 yen per person. With that amount one person could eat as much as s/he wants. (0.21) The cost of ingredients is about 15 yen. So, with the budget of 3000 to 4500 yen including other costs, we can fulfil 300 stomachs. (0.34) If this current precarious working condition remains to infest many young people like we saw today,they will all end up on the street. But if one could cook a meal for 15 yen, it is kinda big hope for us…(0.50)
